"Delivery took way longer than expected again"
I ordered a phone from Koodo and, the shipping was slower than I expected. The site made it sound like it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking over a week and there were barely any updates along the way.
Customer service basically just told me to wait and keep checking the tracking, which felt useless. The phone did arrive fine in the end, but I’m tired of running into this same kind of delivery issue again. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating
"Easy to Use, but a Bit Slow"
Pretty easy to use overall. Nice. The only thing is that it can be slow sometimes, which gets a little annoying. Meh.

I switched my phone over to Koodo and the regular SIM card worked fine right away. Later on, I tried using eSIM with my newer phone and it connected quickly too. I was a little unsure about compatibility at first, and the setup info could maybe be a bit clearer, but it all worked out without any real issues.

"Not a lot of options lately"
I was ready to buy a new phone, but their selection has been disappointing. I looked for a couple of newer models and either couldn’t find them at all or they were out of stock. Even when something was available, the colors and storage options were really limited, so it felt like I’d just have to take whatever was left. I also reached out about it, but it felt like nobody even read my message. Just kind of frustrating

I traded in my old phone with Koodo the whole thing was easier than I expected. I started with the online steps, and they were straightforward, so I knew what to do at each point. The trade-in value seemed fair to me, and after I mailed the phone in, the credit came through without any hassle. It did take a bit of time, but nothing that felt unreasonable. Based on my experience, it was a smooth process and I’d probably use it again.

I’m really grateful for how easy the add-ons are to manage. It’s simple to adjust things when I need to, which makes the whole experience smoother. I do wish there were a few more budget-friendly options, but overall it’s been good

My service went down and I had no idea what was going on. Koodo barely said anything, and the status page made it seem like there either was or wasn’t a problem, depending on when I checked. I kept refreshing it like a fool, hoping for a clear update, but it was just vague and frustrating the whole time.

I’ve been using Koodo prepaid for a little while now, it’s been mostly fine. Most days it works without any issues, which is reassuring, but I do find the data runs out faster than I expected. Support can also be a bit slow, so sometimes I’m left wondering if I made the right choice. It’s not terrible by any means, just feels average for what I’m paying.

I travel enough to know what decent roaming should feel like, and this was a headache. The international roaming barely worked when I needed it, and getting help from support took way too long. For what I expect from a phone service, this just didn’t really meet my standard

"Koodo just doesn’t feel like the deal it used to be"
Koodo used to feel like a solid cheaper option, but lately I swear the plan prices just make me sigh dramatically every time I look at them. I keep seeing other carriers offering way more data for the same price or even less, and it makes my current plan feel kind of sad in comparison. My bill isn’t outrageous or anything, so I’m not totally losing my mind over it, but the value just feels weak now. The service itself is mostly fine, no major complaints there. I just really wish they’d give existing customers better plan prices too, instead of saving all the good stuff for new signups.

I kept trying to load pages and they’d either take forever or barely come up at all. The speed seems to drop throughout the day too, which gets really frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to check something quick. I don’t know, maybe it works better for some people, but for me it hasn’t felt worth it

I tried signing up, but the credit check ended up taking longer than I expected. I did get approved eventually, so it worked out, but the whole process felt confusing. I also didn’t really get clear updates along the way, which made it more annoying. Support was okay, but they didn’t help much beyond the basics. Not a terrible experience, just kind of frustrating.

"Poor customer service"
Very disappointed with Koodo’s customer service.
I was charged $18 for Device Care on two phone lines without my permission. My plan is only $30 per month, so being billed $134 for two phone numbers after just over one month is completely unreasonable.
On Dec 31, 2025, I already paid when activating my two lines and I have receipts with authorization numbers. However, the customer service representative Jeaneth said she could not find my payment and refused to apply it to my first bill.
I spent over 2 hours speaking with customer service and nothing was resolved. I am now reporting this issue to my bank to get my money back, as Koodo failed to take responsibility. This experience makes me feel that Koodo does not care about its customers. I am seriously considering switching to another carrier.

Upgraded my phone through Koodo’s site last week. i was expecting some kind of annoying hiccup. You know how these things go. But it was straightforward.
I picked the phone, looked over the Tab options, went through checkout. No random error messages, no page freezing, nothing weird. Confirmation email came right away too, which was nice. Then the phone showed up a couple days later.
The only small thing was one plan detail that I had to read twice. Could’ve been clearer, or maybe I was just rushing. Either way, not a big deal. Overall it was smooth, and I’d probably do it online again next time.

"Warranty repair was more stressful than it should’ve been"
I sent my phone in for a warranty repair, and I don’t know why it ended up being such a hassle. It came back still not fixed, and every time I tried to get an answer, nobody could really explain what happened or what I was supposed to do next.
