"NO HELP"
I've no password but for some "reason" Koodo can't send me an email and there is nobody to talk to and chat is a very stupid robot! So I can neither access my account or get help!!! And they're way more expensive than Fizz and I was Never on lite mode with Fizz but am constantly on lite mode with Koodo. I'm going back to Fizz as I was never put on lite mode and Never had problems. I was so Very Stupid to be caught by the door salesmen. Never again.

"Most horrible experience"
Stay away from this Horrible company! Missleading liers, and thieves. And. Their horrible customer service, avoid at all cost this horrible company, spent a month on the phone about 2 hours each time, and I couldn't get anything resolved. The manager Tamara told me that Antoinette will be taking care of my file while she was going to be in vacations and that request was going to be a smooth transition. When I spoke to Antoinette she provided the most horrible customer service experienceI ever encountered in my life, and she didn't do anything for me. As I was promised by Tamara that things will get resolved. And guess what? They didn't. They just got worse! Avoid taking to Antoinette Tamara, Ali, they will just lie to you flat out!

"Worst customer service and bad network."
It is absolutely the worst service, when you try to get a hold of someone to talk to. You can’t hear them, the the problem won’t get resolved. Absolutely waste of time. Charged me money for something I didn’t use.

You are most definitely the worst cell mobility provider that has ever been in business @!!!!! I have stayed for a long answer and I'm dying and you couldn't even f****** set up by new SIM chip and put a minute on my phone I have been on the $45 plans since before Christmas and I've never paid it never got the 50 kids you guys suck the most suckiest of all sucky's you should be disgusted in yourself and yourself in your service

in december i cancelled my phone to go with another provider that would give me the option of free US calling, a koodo rep reached out to me saying i could add that option to my account which let me tex US but not call for 5 dollars, i had been with koodo along time so i agreed even though it would cost me more than another provider would charge, after the change i never got my usual text billing anymore till 3 months later when they informed me i owed a large sum of money for US text which was always free before. so i call them and spent forever on the phone being passed around like a softball only to be told the charges stick.i told them shut my phone off now and i will pay pro rated for this month but that,s it. then they emailed me telling me i owed the bill still .i call them again and finally get them to erase these charges but get this, now they want 27 dollars for late fees of the money i shouldn,t have to pay anyhow, grrr..., they seem to think our time is worth nothing and waste tons of it. so end of this story i,m going to pay 27 dollars rather then be bothered wasting more time and will never deal with this untrained company again that will screw you over and think nothing of it. WARNING ! if your thinking koodo/telus all the same DON,T DO IT !

"If you are considering koodo something…"
If you are considering koodo something to consider is if you change your phone number because of harassment calls or any other reason. They will flag you as fraud for changing your phone number which you pay for. Then they will cut off your service and keep your money. I'm fighting cancer and I can't call my doctor. To get medication. Because I changed my phone number.

"If I could give them 0, I would"
I studied in Canada on an exchange year, and signed up with koodo while I was there, and cancelling my contract since I left has been hell on earth. After I cancelled it, they closed my Self Serve account, which I still need access to pay my final bill, and I since haven't been able to pay it, only for them to threaten to send my account off to a collection agency, because THEY closed my account. I tried to ask the Koodo Assist for help which was absolutely useless, I asked it if I could speak to a live representative, and they said I have to schedule a callback, WHICH THEY DON'T DO FOR INTERNATIONAL NUMBERS (I'm from the UK). I risked the colossal international bill and called them up, only for their call bot to recommend that I use Koodo Assist for my issue, then hang up on me! I'm now beyond terrified of being internationally hunted down by collection agencies, and I honestly feel trapped. DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD>

Trying to get my daughter's account straightened out as she is hospitalized and can't get anywhere, next to impossible to talk to someone let alone talking to someone that I can understand when I get through after several attempts. Pathetic.

"Wrong information given on purchase"
When I purchased my phone the individual I dealt with misinformed me on the warranty.
Not only that Koodo is very difficult to contact.
I wanted to actually speak to someone with some kind of authority. But I cannot get through to a person, this chat bull, does not help and is quite irritating.I would never recommend Koodo to anyone, I have been with Koodo for a number of years. This is my first time with an issue and I wanted to speak to a person not a computer. My purchase was Jan 2022, I am disgusted with the lack of service.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the WORST phone company. AVOID at all costs. No service and my calls constantly cut out and dropped.

The customer service is also awful. You have to book a phone call and they would only give me 6:30AM or 7:00AM options and no matter how much I complained about my service issues they would not help.

Now I cancelled my phone and got an extra $200 fee charged.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I can't say enough about the great service I have recieved and the awesome plans and offers Koodo offered to me. Been with other service providers and have never had the wonderful prices and data services they have provided. I have my son's on your service and they are as happy as I am.

customer service is great if you know how to reach them, sadly that is a secret. hint check their Facebook page. the price is better than the options in exchange for that inconvenience

"Not a good company"
His company Koodo. Bad service. Bad representatives. Don't know what they are talking about or can help in any way.
They just keep saying I understand. Really you don't.
They deny your native card for tax purpose which is against Canadian law.
Ccts won't help you.
I am looking for a company that will accept my native card number.
I have never had a problem with any company or store I go into.

“Koodo and Telus are the worst phone companies. Bunch of scammers and liars. Paid off my bill before I moved to u.s they made up some charges and send it off to CBV collection. Contacted CBV collection (another shark waiting on prey) paid off what ever the made up amount. Asked to provide discharge letter. Nothing I received. No confirmation what's so ever. Fast forward 5 years later May 2019 Koodo reported "paid, collection, charged off" on my credit file narratives. Contacted Koodo CS I was greeted by a disgruntled French bilingual call center agent and told to contact CBV. They will not remove any report from credit agency. I told him it was reported by Koodo in May 2019 why do I have to call CBV? He replied Since I paid my account with them I have to call CBV. Total BS.”
